"Thank you, Kim!
As a two stone overweight 70-year-old woman, I was faced with the stark truth of my lack of flexibility. One afternoon, when shoe shopping, the assistant had to help me tie the trainers I was trying on. Mortified and now very concerned that my stamina and flexibility were seriously compromised, I faced up to the fact that it was only going to get worse unless I did something about it.
My goals were simple: 1. Be able to get up off the floor without leaning on a chair or relying on someone to help me. 2. Be able to touch my toes and tie my shoes without severe contortions. 3. Improve my core balance – able to stand on one leg for at least one minute.
Ten weeks ago, I started a one-hour ten-week training session with Kim. She designed a set of exercises just for me to help me reach my goals. These changed weekly as I got stronger and more flexible. Nothing complicated – I could do them by myself in my living room while watching TV. By week 4, I got out of the car without having to heave myself forward using the steering wheel and side of the car. By week 5, I got up off the living room floor without leaning on the sofa. By week 6 I could tie my shoes and touch my toes. I’m still practicing with my core balance but it’s getting better every week.
My confidence has greatly improved. My mobility has hugely improved. My flexibility has improved. And as a bonus I lost 8 pounds and 2 inches off my waist.

"I've known Kim for about 8 years. We use to train together after having our babies, my first, Kim's second... both little monkeys are now four years old.
Kim has always been 100% dedicated, motoivated and passionate. I'm proud to call her my friend... she has worked so hard in the past few years to ge where she is now.
Not only a very good friend but now also my PT. I'm not very good at training on my own and really don't like cardio... never push myself and just give up.
Kim knows this about me... she knows my weak spots and hpow to motivate me.

We work a two-way split programme over the week through 1-2-1 and a class that covers full Body Tone.
